These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aedison web application (the "Service"), operated by Wawa Llama Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

To use Aedison, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.


2. Service Overview

Aedison helps users generate content ideas by:

  • Searching Reddit for high-performing public posts based on a user’s input
  • Sending content to OpenAI’s ChatGPT to generate social media content ideas

The Service relies on publicly available Reddit data and AI-generated responses, both of which are outside of our direct control.


3. Third-Party Content and AI Output

The Service uses automated processes to search Reddit and generate content using artificial intelligence. We do not create, moderate, or verify Reddit content or the outputs from ChatGPT. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Reddit posts may include inaccurate, offensive, harmful, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate material
  • AI-generated responses may also contain errors or content that is unsuitable for certain uses
  • You are solely responsible for how you interpret, use, or share any content returned by the Service
  • We are not responsible or liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes based on the content generated or retrieved through Aedison

You use the Service at your own risk.


4. Account Registration


To use the Service, you must create an account and provide your name, email, and password. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • All activity under your account

You may not:

  • Share your account with others
  • Use another person’s account
  • Attempt to access the Service using automated means

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Aedison only for lawful and intended purposes. You must not:

  • Copy, scrape, crawl, or download large volumes of content or data
  • Use the Service to promote or distribute unlawful, offensive, or harmful material
  • Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Service
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the platform
  • Use the Service in a way that breaches any applicable laws or the rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this clause.


6. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

Access to the full version of Aedison requires a paid subscription. By subscribing:

  • You agree to pay the subscription fees displayed at checkout
  • Payments are processed by Stripe, and we do not store your credit card information
  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel
  • You can cancel at any time; access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle
  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused time

Prices and billing terms may change. If we change pricing for a subscription you’re already on, we’ll notify you in advance.


7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding related to Aedison (excluding AI outputs and user inputs) are the intellectual property of Wawa Llama Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you input or save through the platform. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely to provide the functionality of the platform.


8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees that:


  • Content generated by the AI is accurate, safe, or suitable for any particular purpose
  • The platform will be free from interruptions or errors
  • Use of the Service will result in specific outcomes

You should not rely on Aedison for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. You are solely responsible for evaluating any content generated or surfaced through the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wawa Llama Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from third-party or AI-generated content returned by the Service

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim.


10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also request account deletion by contacting us at hello@aedison.io.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • Your payment fails or is reversed
  • We are required to do so for legal or operational reasons

In the event of termination, we may delete your stored content.


11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store your data. By using Aedison, you consent to the practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.


12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
