Troubleshooting
Common issues and the fastest way to unstick them.
If something looks broken, it's almost always one of the following.
A carousel is stuck on "Generating…"
The render queue may have lost a worker. Open the carousel from your library and check the toast at the bottom of the screen. If the page has been on "Generating" for more than ~12 minutes, it's stuck. We refund unrendered slides automatically once it's marked failed — re-render and only the unfinished slides will cost credits.
A text reel render didn't fire
Sometimes the queue dispatcher misses a job. Refresh the page; if it's still showing "Rendering", contact support from the email below and we'll re-fire it.
Credits aren't refilling on my renewal date
Webhooks from Stripe drive credit refills. If your subscription is active in Account → Plan but credits haven't reset, give it 5 minutes — there's a small delay during invoice processing. If it's been longer, get in touch.
I got "Hook is over X characters"
The hook text overlay caps at 140 characters so it fits on a 9:16 phone screen without overflowing. Trim the hook in the text-reel editor.
I want to delete my account
Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, ideas, scripts, carousels, and text reels. Required for GDPR; cannot be undone.
